These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of northventures.us (the “Site”), operated by North Ventures LLC (“North Ventures”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an informational corporate website. Its content — including descriptions of our ventures, their status, and our approach — is provided for general information only. It may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time without notice, and we make no commitment that it is complete or current at any given moment.

North Ventures is an operating company that builds and runs its own products. We are not an investment fund, investment adviser, broker-dealer, or law firm. Software products built and operated by North Ventures are made available under their own license agreements, terms of service, and privacy policies, which are presented within each product or on its respective listing. These Terms do not govern your use of those products.

08Disclaimer of warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.
