Legal
Privacy Policy.
Effective date: June 11, 2026
North Ventures LLC (“North Ventures”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is — and is not — processed when you visit northventures.us (the “Site”). The short version: this Site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and collects only the information you choose to send us through the contact form.
01Who we are
The Site is operated by North Ventures LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 300 Delaware Ave, Ste 210 #260, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States. You can reach us using the details on our contact page.
02Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Site only. The software products built and operated by North Ventures are governed by their own privacy policies, which are presented within each product and on its respective listing (for example, on an app store). Where a product policy and this policy differ, the product policy governs your use of that product.
03Information we collect
The Site has no user accounts, no comment sections, and no newsletter. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to submit through the form on our contact page: your name, your e-mail address, and the contents of your message.
We use that information solely to read and respond to your inquiry, and we retain correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose or as required by law. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we never sell or rent contact information.
To keep automated spam out, the form relies on simple first-party checks performed when it is submitted (a hidden decoy field, a timing check, and basic validation). These checks involve no third-party services, no cookies, and no profiling.
04Cookies and tracking
The Site sets no cookies of any kind — no functional cookies, no preference cookies, no advertising cookies. We do not use web analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or any other tracking technology. Fonts and all other assets are served directly from our own domain, so visiting the Site does not cause your browser to contact third-party font or script providers.
05Hosting and technical data
The Site is served through the global network of Cloudflare, Inc., our infrastructure provider. To deliver the Site securely and to protect it from abuse (such as denial-of-service attacks), Cloudflare may transiently process technical connection data — including IP addresses and request metadata — as is standard for any content delivery network. We do not use this data to identify visitors. Cloudflare’s own practices are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
06E-mail infrastructure
Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to our inbox by Resend, Inc., a transactional e-mail provider acting on our instructions; your name, e-mail address, and message are processed by Resend solely to deliver the correspondence to us. Our company e-mail is hosted by Google LLC (Google Workspace), so correspondence we receive is stored and processed by Google on our behalf, subject to Google’s applicable terms and security commitments.
07Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own purposes. The only parties that may process data in connection with the Site are the infrastructure providers named above, acting on our instructions, and public authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live — including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information that relates to you. Because the Site itself collects no personal data, in practice these rights will most often concern e-mail correspondence you have sent us. To exercise any right, contact us through our contact page; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
09Children
The Site is a corporate information site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
10Changes to this policy
If our practices change — for example, if we ever add a contact form or analytics — we will update this policy and revise the effective date shown above before the change takes effect.
11Contact
Questions about this policy can be sent to us at any time via the details on our contact page, or by post to North Ventures LLC, 300 Delaware Ave, Ste 210 #260, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States.
